
IHEA Member Voucher Program FAQs
The IHEA voucher program enables members to have their staff, customers, and contacts participate in IHEA programming at no cost during registration. The vouchers represent a tremendous savings on registration fees for members.
How many vouchers come with my membership?
Manufacturing and Professional Services member companies receive two vouchers with their annual membership. Corporate End User annual memberships include four vouchers. Manufacturer's Representative members receive one voucher. Consulting members do not receive vouchers.
Who can use the vouchers?
Vouchers can be used by IHEA member employees or the member can give them to customers. If the member is unable to use their vouchers, they can notify IHEA and IHEA will donate them to an end user.
Where can I use my vouchers?
Two vouchers may be used for one event registration for the Annual Meeting, Decarbonization Sustainability Summit, online course, the Safety Codes & Standards Seminar, Combustion Seminar or the Fall Business Conference.
Do my vouchers expire?
Yes. Vouchers are only valid for the membership year in which they are received. Unused vouchers cannot be carried over to the next year.
Can I buy additional vouchers?
Yes, available voucher packages are:
- 5 for $2,500
- 10 for $5,000
- 15 for $7,500
- 20 for $10,000
Individual vouchers cannot be purchased. There is a minimum purchase of 5 vouchers required each time a package is purchased.
When can I buy voucher packages?
