CROQUET TOURNAMENT: $50 per person

The Little White House, Key West, FL

The lawns of The Little White House will host IHEA's 2012 Croquet Tournament during our stop in Key West.  The day will begin with a tour of the house, followed by a two-hour tournament.  Get ready to step back in time...

Just a short walk from the pier in Key West, The Little White House has played host to numerous U.S. Presidents, and was the winter vacation home of President Harry S. Truman during his time in office.  Originally constructed in 1890, The Little White House is Florida's only Presidential Site.

 


GOLF TOURNAMENT:  $150 per person

Cozumel Country Club, Cozumel, Mexico

The 2012 IHEA Golf Tournament will take place at the Cozumel Country Club.  Designed by Nicklaus Design Group, the course has successfully balanced the strict requirements of building a first-class golf course within the delicate ecosystem of the surrounding mangroves, marshlands and tropical rainforest.  The golf course is home to blue crabs, iguanas, crocodiles, raccoons and a multitude of species of birds as well as other wildlife which call this habitat home.  The course is owned and operated by Club-Corp, owners of Pinehurst, the Homestead and other prestigious courses.

Tournament fees include:  greens fees, cart, scoring, range balls, and prizesRental clubs are available for $45.


AMAZING COZUMEL RACE:  $60 per person

Cozumel, Mexico

Suitable for all ages, the Amazing Cozumel Race is a scavenger hunt-type game played in teams.  Teams will decipher clues, find secret locations, and complete challenges in a race to reach the finish line first.

This fun event will allow members and their guests to get to know each other better while testing out their problem solving, navigational, and physical abilities.  There are no restrictions on who can participate, and there is bound to be something for everyone.

ONBOARD ACTIVITIES

DAY

While members are in meetings, spouses and guests will find a myriad of activities to occupy their time onboard.  Millennium boasts a state-of-the-art fitness center, complete with a full-service spa. Guests can relax by one of two pools, or enjoy the covered promenade.  There are a number of boutiques open while the ship is at sea, and an onboard internet cafe allows for checking email and browsing the web.  A card/game room and the two-level library provide quiet spots for a quick game of cards or a good book. 

A full schedule of activities will be provided each day, including team trivia competitions, cooking demonstrations, enrichment lectures, wine tastings, art auctions adn more.  Guests are free to do as little or as much as they like, all on their own time.

NIGHT

IHEA will host two pre-dinner cocktail receptions for members and guests, and all Annual Meeting attendees will eat together at 8:30 PM in the Metropolitan Restaurant each night.  However, there will still be plenty of time for everyone to enjoy all the nightly activities Millennium has to offer.

Millenium is home to numerous bars and lounges, including Cosmos, the ship's disco; Michael's Club, a piano bar; and the Rendez-Vous Lounge, which hosts nightly live music and dancing.  The Celebrity Theatre presents shows ranging from comedians and magicians to Broadway-style stage productions.

There ia also af ull casino on board, copm lete with slot machines and table games.  Various theme nights with related deck parties or special food buffets may also be scheduled.  A complete list of nightly activities will be delivered to your stateroom each day.
