IHEA provides member companies with many opportunities to educate its employees, its customers, and the industrial heating marketplace. IHEA members receive substantial discounts for all of their employees attending an IHEA sponsored training or seminars:

Combustion Technology Seminar. The IHEA Combustion Technology Seminar is designed for persons responsible for the operation, design, selection and/or maintenance of fuel-fired industrial process furnaces and ovens.

Safety Standards Seminar. Explosions and fires in industrial heating systems can result in injury or loss of life, and loss of property and production. Understanding the proper use of NFPA national standards governing the compliant design and operation of ovens and furnaces is essential for everyone involved with this type of equipment.

Infrared Process Heating Seminar. This seminar will teach you how IR technology can help your business by helping you learn how to incur ease production, improve quality, and lower your overall cost of manufacturing.

Industrial Process Heating Distance Learning Program. Offered by IHEA in conjunction with the Emerging Technologies Applications Center of Northampton Community College, courses on Advanced Industrial Process Heating and Fundamentals of Industrial Process Heating are available on-line in a flexible web-based distance-learning format. The course series offers an indispensable tool to industrial process heating operators and users of all types of industrial heating equipment.

PHAST Training Seminars. This course highlights the use of a tool, the Process Heating Assessment and Survey Tool (PHAST) , which can be used to survey furnaces, to identify major energy using equipment, to prioritize improvement opportunities, and to assess available methods that can be used to improve thermal efficiency in an industrial plant.
