Hotel Reservation Form (not registering at this time)

All reservation requests must be made through the IHEA Housing Bureau, not with Sandpearl Resort so that we can keep an accurate count of our hotel room block pick up.

Sandpearl Resort requires reservations to be guaranteed by credit card. Your card will not be charged prior to arrival.

Changes and cancellations prior to March 20 should be made in writing to the IHEA Housing Bureau. This is for your protection. After March 20, contact the hotel directly to make changes or cancellations.

You will receive an acknowledgement within 2 weeks of receipt of your housing form. Check the acknowledgment immediately to ensure all information is correct. Notify the Housing Bureau immediately if changes are required.

The hotel requires a 48-hour cancellation on reservations and will bill no shows to the credit card listed below for all room nights reserved so please be sure to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend.

Rates are good for three days before and three days after the meeting dates.

A $15 resort fee per day is added to each room. The Resort fee covers:

Wireless and wired internet access
Access to the resort fitness center
In-room coffee and bottled water
Beach/pool towel service
Nightly shoe shine

Parking: Valet Parking — $16 per day

SANDPEARL RESORT ROOM RATE - $210 Single or double occupancy

Third and fourth guest in room is $25 per person per night; 12% tax applied to room rate.
Rate is good three days prior to and after the meeting on a space available basis.
