IHEA Membership Application Form
Information submitted on this form will be reviewed by the IHEA Board of Directors for membership approval and, if approved, will be posted on the IHEA website and printed in the Association Membership Directory. This application shall include a signed agreement to abide by the Bylaws and pay dues. Dues necessary to carry out the activities of the association for each fiscal year are assessed against the members according to a formula recommended by the Board of Directors and submitted to the membership for approval. Manufacturing Member Any person, firm or corporation engaged in the manufacture and /or design of industrial heat processing equipment for sale on the open market is eligible to become a manufacturing member in the Association. The term industrial heat processing equipment is determined by the Board of Directors. Annual Dues are calculated based on annual revenues. Revenues are defined as all revenues a company derives from the business activities of collective operations in North America, including all goods and services accounted from North America corporate profit centers that result in being sited inside or outside North America. Dues are $3,000 plus .0002 times those revenues over $3,000,000 ($200 per million), but not exceeding $8,500 per year. *SPECIAL* First Year Only New Membership = $2,000
