Successful Fall Seminars for IHEA

The Industrial Heating Equipment Association (IHEA) held its 2017 Fall Seminars at the Westin Poinsett in Greenville, South Carolina on Tuesday, September 19 and Wednesday, September 20. Nearly 100 attendees gathered for training on combustion, induction and safety standards and codes for the thermprocess heating industry.  They also enjoyed IHEA’s tabletop exhibits and reception during the two-day educational series.

Attendee evaluations were exceptional for each of the three seminars.  IHEA members dedicate their time and experience to provide these courses to further educate those involved in process heating.  Some of the evaluation comments include, “Understood the systems, clearly explained to the audience; love the real-life examples; very helpful for a person new to the combustion industry; made the topic engaging; really great job promoting the class participation.”  IHEA is pleased to have the commitment of our members to offer these seminars each year.

The three seminars were held concurrently and delivered pertinent information in combustion technologies, critical safety information for those involved with a wide range of industrial thermprocess applications and concise highlights on the basics of induction technology, applications and equipment used.  These classes are the perfect mix of technical information and the chance to attend the tabletop exhibit to interact with speakers and suppliers of the products and services discussed throughout all three seminars.

IHEA’s Fall Seminars and Tabletop Exhibition always provide an outstanding avenue for industry professionals to learn and grow.  It’s imperative to keep up with training and know where to get the most up-to-date industry information.  IHEA offers the resources for everyone to benefit.  For more information on IHEA membership visit,
