Kelly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from The Pennsylvania
State University and has 20 years of experience. He
is currently responsible for worldwide sales, technical and application support
for industrial products, and has held positions as Technical Sales Coordinator,
Project Engineer, R&D Laboratory Manager, Systems Engineering Manager,
General Manager of Sales, and Technology and Applications Manager. Brian serves
as Chairman of the Education Committee and Combustion Seminar for IHEA and is
on the Energy & Utilities Technology Committee for AIST. He has authored
numerous articles for the heat processing industry in Heat Treating Progress
and Industrial Heating.

Bryan is a Professional Engineer who specializes in the design and field inspection of combustion equipment. He is a member of NFPA 85 and NFPA 86 along with several Fortune 100 combustion program teams. Prior to joining CEC, Mr. Baesel worked at a foundry and for a natural gas utility.

Michael is Vice President of Sales with Bloom Engineering Co. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania Sate University in Mechanical Engineering. He joined Bloom in 1994 and has experience in steel, heat treat, aluminum and process heating industries.

He directs development and sales of advanced Si-SiC composite U-Tubes, SER's, Internally-Finned and Straight-Wall tubes for heat-treating furnaces and other high-temperature applications. Over the years Curt has managed several businesses in Structural and electronic ceramics, after starting his career at The Carborundum Company where Silicon Carbide was first invented.

Wayne has been in the electric utility industry for 34 years with the last 26 years working with industrial accounts, providing assistance with manufacturing processes and energy efficiency. He is the facility manager for Georgia Power's customer Resource Center. Wayne studied Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Tech and is a Professional Engineer, Certified Energy Manager, Certified Energy Auditor and Certified Green Building Engineer.

John is the Southeast Sales Manager of Fostoria Process Equipment, a Division of TPI Corp. in Johnson City, TN. He has worked at Fostoria since 1976 in assembly, lab management, R&D and sales manager of custom engineered infrared and hot air ovens and material handling systems.

In 2011, he was awarded with the German Environmental award, the highest remunerated environmental award in Europe which was presented by the German Federal President for his merits in research and application of the FLOX® technology.
