LOI, Inc. is a Pittsburgh based division of LOI Thermprocess which is based in Essen, Germany. LOI Pittsburgh's territory is limited to the NAFTA agreement countries. We do, however, support countries outside NAFTA in situations where the financing is NAFTA based.

Our product line consists primarily of heavy heat treat equipment for the automotive and major metal working industries and includes a wide range of high tech references throughout the world for: Reheating, hydrogen annealing, normalizing, drawing, tempering, stress relieving, quenching, carburizing, galvanizing and bright annealing.

Recent developments include: Rotary Hearth Carburizing Furnace; Roller Hearth Furnace for Bright Anneal with 100% H(2) or N(2) atmosphere; Twin Chamber Aluminum Melting Furnaces that process contaminated scrap, without the addition of salt; Single Coil Annealing Furnaces for specialty aluminum applications; Walking Hearth Furnace for mark free normalizing plate.

Services include: Spare parts, retrofits, upgrades, tune-ups, studies; as well as full Level I and Level II facility and optimization systems.
