From January 26 – 29, 2026, we will be hosting IHEA’s Annual Meeting on a ship! Celebrity’s Reflection will be home for IHEA’s 97th association anniversary. There are few trade associations that can boast such longevity! We’re once again hosting our annual meeting on a ship — and for good reason! It’s cost-effective, offers an incredible setting for networking, and has consistently been one of our members’ favorite experiences. Plus, the numbers don’t lie — meeting at sea actually saves our members money overall.

This four-day event will feature one sea day and stops at Key West & Celebrity’s private island, CocoCay, Bahamas. By hosting our meeting on a cruise, both members and IHEA benefit from significant savings! Cruise lines include many features that hotels typically charge extra for, allowing us to greatly reduce registration fees. Depending on your cabin type, you could save 15–30% compared to our traditional annual meeting expenses. 

We will have another outstanding program planned with timely and important presentations as well as plenty of time for social interaction during receptions, meal functions and beach actvitity at  Perfect Day at CocoCay.  See the  General Information section for a breakdown of what's included in your cruise fare and registration fee.  There is no registration fee for your spouse or guest sharing the same cabin with you.
